To be eligible for assistance a child/young person must:

• Be aged between 5 – 25 years
• Have support needs that do not adversely affect the health, safety and welfare of other service users or staff
• Have support needs that can be met within St Anthony’s resources
• Have an NDIS approved plan with funds allocated for the particular service type being requested and/or be prepared to pay privately on a fee for service basis.
